Interesting day at RECEXPO in Birmingham. Some really good conversations with Tech providers specifically. There was a lot about AI and its pleace in the recruitment industry, some good, some bad. Its a complicated minefield right now. Some providers are taking a responsible view and and using AI to support recruiters and others seem to think its capable of replacing the recruiter.
